Donna Marie Hartnett

Donna Marie Hartnett is of Counsel to the Buffalo, New York law firm of Magavern Magavern Grimm LLP. She concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate.

Ms. Hartnett has over 25 years experience in the practice of corporate and commercial real estate, estate planning, Probate and Administration and business and corporate law. She also has experience in regulatory matters and quality and risk compliance relating to medical devices.

Ms. Hartnett is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.

Ms. Hartnett serves as legal advisor to the Chautauqua Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc. and mentors High School Students at Silver Creek Central School.

Ms. Hartnett is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, College of Applied Science, cum laude, and the University at Buffalo Law School and School of Management, magna cum laude.
